The Service

About This Service

Ready Guard Security Services is a private security company providing comprehensive security guard services for commercial, industrial, and residential premises across Pakistan. We place trained security guards for offices, factories, warehouses, malls and shops, hospitals, schools and universities, construction sites, and homes — the full range of commercial, business, and facility security services. Depending on the assessed duties and environment, a deployment may include ex-servicemen, trained civilian personnel, armed or unarmed guards, lady searchers, or specialist protection personnel. Every recommendation is based on post requirements, verification, training, lawful authorization, and suitability rather than a category label alone. We provide 24/7 guarding, access control, and integrated electronic security systems including metal detectors, explosive detectors, burglar alarms, and electronic guard monitoring.

Choose By Duty, Risk & Environment

Security Personnel Categories

A personnel category describes background or capability; it does not determine the deployment by itself. RGSS matches each post to its duties, operating conditions, risk assessment, legal requirements, and client environment.

Ex-Servicemen Security Guards

RGSS gives preference to ex-service backgrounds for assignments that benefit from prior military or police discipline and operational experience. Selection still depends on the individual’s verification, fitness, training, conduct, and suitability for the post.

Typical Fit

Structured corporate, industrial, institutional, and higher-responsibility posts

Trained Civilian Security Guards

Verified civilian personnel are trained for defined guarding duties and deployed where communication, access discipline, observation, and consistent procedure are the principal requirements.

Typical Fit

Offices, reception points, residential premises, retail, and routine access control

Armed Security Guards

Armed personnel are considered only where the threat assessment, assignment, and lawful authorizations support an armed posture. Weapon category is a separate deployment decision—not a substitute for training, supervision, or clear post orders.

Typical Fit

Risk-assessed critical posts, sensitive assets, and selected high-exposure locations

Unarmed Security Guards

Unarmed guards provide visible deterrence, access control, visitor handling, patrols, reporting, and incident escalation without introducing a weapon where the risk assessment does not require one.

Typical Fit

Corporate offices, education, healthcare, commercial sites, and residential access

Lady Searchers

Female screening personnel support respectful, privacy-appropriate searches and access procedures for women. Their duties, screening method, equipment, and escalation route are defined for the site or event before deployment.

Typical Fit

Workforce entrances, events, schools, hospitals, offices, and public-facing facilities

Close-Protection Personnel

Executive and personal protection is a specialist assignment rather than a standard guarding post. RGSS close-protection personnel are drawn primarily from Pakistan Army SSG and Elite Police backgrounds and matched to the principal’s threat profile and movements.

Typical Fit

Executives, diplomats, VIPs, families, travel, and higher-threat personal protection

How It Works

Our Process

01

Security Survey

We examine assets, access points, operating hours, existing controls, site activity, vulnerabilities, and client requirements before recommending posts.

02

Security Plan

The plan defines posts, shifts, personnel profiles, relief, post orders, equipment, supervision, reporting, and escalation arrangements.

03

Deploy & Secure

Verified personnel are assigned by role, given site-specific induction and post briefings, equipped, and mobilized through a controlled handover.

04

24/7 Support

Field monitoring, supervisor checks, client coordination, relief management, incident reporting, and service reviews maintain the deployment.

We confirm the service scope with you through consultation and assessment before deployment. The agreed proposal sets out the locations, coverage, personnel or equipment requirements, supervision, reporting, escalation arrangements, and review points relevant to your assignment.
Changes & Limits
Requests outside the agreed scope, changes to site conditions, or additional locations are reviewed separately before they are added. Any deployment remains subject to applicable law, licensing requirements, and the agreed client brief.
