Bank & Financial Institution Security in Pakistan

Ready Guard Security Services protects branches, cash centres, ATMs and the money moving between them. Financial-sector security is the most procedure-driven work we do: the controls, the documentation and the chain of custody matter more than the size of the guard force, because a bank's exposure is measured in reconciliations rather than incidents.

Branch Security Is A Customer-Facing Job

A branch guard is doing two things at once that pull in opposite directions. They are the visible deterrent at the door, and they are the first person a customer meets. Get the balance wrong in one direction and the branch feels hostile; get it wrong in the other and the deterrent value disappears entirely. We recruit and brief branch personnel for that specific balance — presentation, bearing and courteous handling of the public are part of the post specification, not incidental to it.

Underneath the front-of-house role sits ordinary discipline: controlled entry at opening and closing, alertness during cash-handling windows, awareness of who is loitering outside, and a rehearsed procedure for a robbery or duress situation that the guard has actually walked through rather than read once. Duress signalling, escalation contacts and the actions expected on arrival of a response team are agreed with the bank in advance and written into the post orders.

Cash Movement Is Where The Real Exposure Sits

Cash in transit is a specialist, mature category and buyers in it are experienced. What they are assessing is not whether you own armored vehicles — it is whether your chain of custody survives audit. Our CIT work is built on documented handover at every stage, sealed and numbered consignments, dual-control procedures, GPS tracking on every vehicle throughout the mission, and route and timing variation so that a run cannot be predicted from outside.

That covers branch-to-branch movement, collections to cash centres and the State Bank, ATM replenishment cover, and retail and commercial takings. Vehicles are B6+ armored with armed escort, and crews are briefed per mission rather than working a fixed daily pattern.

The failure mode in this category is predictability, not firepower. A run that leaves at the same time on the same route with the same crew is the exposure, however well armored the vehicle is — so route planning and variation are treated as core deliverables rather than operational detail.

What A Contract Covers

Delivered Under One Contract

Each element below is run by the same organization, under one agreement and one supervisory chain — so nothing falls into the gap between separate suppliers.

Branch & Vault Guarding

Front-of-house posts briefed for a customer-facing environment, controlled entry at opening and closing, vault-area access discipline, and rehearsed duress and robbery procedures written into the post orders.

Security Guards & Premises

Cash in Transit & Armed Escorts

B6+ armored vehicles with armed escort, documented chain of custody at every handover, sealed consignments, dual control and GPS tracking throughout the mission.

Cash in Transit

ATM Replenishment Cover

Escort and standing cover for replenishment teams at on-site and off-site ATMs, with route and timing variation across the network rather than a fixed daily pattern.

Cash in Transit

Alarm Response & Mobile Patrols

Quick reaction force cover for alarm activations and guard duress calls across a branch network, plus unannounced out-of-hours patrol rounds at branches that cannot justify a permanent night post.

Rapid Response & Patrols

CCTV, Access Control & Alarms

Branch and cash-centre technical systems specified, installed and supported in-house — CCTV, access control, intrusion and duress alarms — so the systems and the guard force operate as one layer.

Technical Security

Executive Protection For Senior Management

How We Work

What A Financial-Sector Buyer Should Be Checking

Banking procurement teams audit security contractors more thoroughly than almost any other sector. These are the things worth verifying — of us or anyone else you shortlist.

  • Ministry of Interior licensing as a private security company, and valid weapons licences for every armed post
  • ISO 18788:2015 certification — the international standard for security operations, covering use of force, screening, training and accountability
  • ISO 9001:2015 quality management and a SMETA SEDEX ethical audit covering labour practices and business ethics
  • Documented chain of custody, sealed consignments and dual-control procedures on every transit
  • GPS tracking on transit vehicles, with route and timing variation treated as a deliverable
  • Named, verified personnel lists and training records available to your compliance function on request
