Uniformed Ready Guard team on parade outside a corporate office block

Corporate, Industrial & Commercial

Corporate & Industrial Security Services in Pakistan

Ready Guard Security Services provides corporate and industrial security across Pakistan — factories, warehouses, plants, project sites, distribution yards and corporate head offices. We are ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 18788:2015 certified, licensed by the Ministry of Interior, and operating in twelve cities, so a multi-site portfolio runs under one contract rather than a different local supplier at every gate.

Most Industrial Loss Walks Out Through The Gate

Industrial clients usually come to us after a shrinkage problem, and they usually expect the answer to be more guards. It rarely is. In a manufacturing or warehousing environment, the great majority of loss is not forced entry after hours — it is authorised-looking movement during working hours. Material leaving on an incomplete gate pass. An outbound load that does not reconcile against the dispatch document. A weighbridge reading nobody independently witnessed. A contractor who came in with a toolbox and left with a fuller one.

Fixing that is a controls problem, not a headcount problem. Our industrial deployments are built around the paperwork and the checkpoints: gate pass verification against authorised signatories, documented outbound load and seal checks, weighbridge supervision, contractor and daily-wage screening at shift change, and vehicle control that separates staff, contractor and commercial traffic properly. The audit trail those controls generate is often what the client's own internal audit function ends up relying on.

The other half of it is supervision. Guards who spend a year on the same gate alongside the same dispatch staff become familiar, and familiarity is where collusion starts. We rotate supervisors, run unannounced checks, and treat a guard force that never reports anything as a warning sign rather than a good sign.

Corporate Offices Are A Different Job Entirely

A head office or corporate campus has almost the opposite problem. There is little to steal at the gate; the exposure is uncontrolled access to people, information and floors. The work is visitor management that actually verifies who someone is and who they are seeing, access control that reflects the real floor-by-floor permission structure, contractor and cleaner supervision out of hours, and a front-of-house posture that reassures staff and visitors rather than intimidating them.

That last point is underrated. In a corporate lobby the guard is the first person every client, candidate and visitor meets. We deploy and brief accordingly — presentation, bearing and communication are part of the specification for these posts, not an afterthought — while keeping the underlying discipline of a properly controlled entry point.

Corporate contracts also tend to need the technical and human layers to work together: CCTV that someone is actually watching, access control integrated with the visitor process, and an escalation route for out-of-hours alarms. We supply and support those systems in-house, so nobody is arguing about whether the guard or the system vendor owns a failure.

Multi-Site Portfolios Under One Agreement

Organizations running plants, warehouses, branches or offices across several cities usually inherit a patchwork — a different local contractor at each location, different post orders, different reporting formats and no way to compare performance between sites. Consolidating that is often worth more than the line-item saving.

With offices in twelve cities including Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Multan, Sahiwal, Sukkur, Quetta, Hattar, Swat, Abbottabad and Mansehra, we run national portfolios under one agreement, one supervisory chain and one reporting format. That gives you comparable incident data across sites, a single escalation ladder, and one commercial relationship rather than a dozen.

Where a permanent post cannot be justified at every location — smaller depots, retail units, remote yards — mobile patrols and quick reaction force cover fill the gap at a fraction of the cost of full-time deployment, and can be contracted even for sites where you keep your own in-house guards.

What A Contract Covers

Delivered Under One Contract

Each element below is run by the same organization, under one agreement and one supervisory chain — so nothing falls into the gap between separate suppliers.

Factory & Plant Security

Gate and perimeter posts, material gate pass control, weighbridge supervision, contractor and daily-wage screening at shift change, and shift patterns designed to survive a three-shift operation running seven days a week.

Security Guards & Premises

Warehouse & Distribution Security

Controlled loading bays, driver and vehicle management, seal integrity checks, and documented reconciliation of outbound loads against dispatch paperwork — aimed at inventory leakage rather than intrusion.

Security Guards & Premises

Mobile Patrols & 24/7 Response

Unannounced patrol rounds with documented checkpoints across multi-site portfolios, plus quick reaction force cover for alarm activations and guard duress calls — available standalone if you keep your own guards.

Rapid Response & Patrols

Access Control, CCTV & Alarms

Technical systems specified, installed and supported in-house — CCTV, access control, intrusion and fire alarm systems, walk-through gates and scanners — designed so the systems and the guard force work as one layer.

Technical Security

Physical security surveys with prioritized, risk-rated findings and specific action items — the usual starting point where a client suspects a shrinkage or control problem but cannot yet locate it.

Security Audit & Consultancy

Cash Handling & Executive Protection

Armed cash escorts and cash-in-transit for on-site takings and banking runs, plus close protection for directors and senior executives where the risk assessment supports it.
