One Provider For The Entire Mission Footprint

A diplomatic mission does not have one security requirement — it has five or six running at once. The chancery and residences need static posts and access control. Heads of mission and visiting officials need close protection. Movement needs armored vehicles and vetted drivers. National days, receptions and delegations need event security. Something has to answer the phone at three in the morning. Most missions in Pakistan end up buying these from different suppliers and spending their own staff time stitching them together.

RGSS is structured to take the whole footprint. Guarding, close protection, armored transport, event security, quick reaction force cover and technical systems are all delivered in-house, under one agreement, one supervisory chain and one reporting format. When a movement, a compound alert and a visiting delegation overlap in the same week — which they routinely do — they are being coordinated by one operations room that already knows the whole picture, rather than three vendors who each know a third of it.

That single-contract structure is also what makes round-the-clock coordination real rather than nominal. There is one number to call, one escalation ladder, and one account manager who is accountable for every element of the mission's security rather than for a slice of it.

Built For The Way Missions Actually Procure

Diplomatic buyers are among the most heavily audited clients in the market. A regional security officer or procurement function will want to see licensing, vetting records, training curricula and hours, incident reporting formats, insurance, labour compliance and the ethical-employment position of the contractor before a contract is issued — often before a site visit is even scheduled.

RGSS is licensed by the Ministry of Interior, registered with the SECP, and certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 18788:2015. ISO 18788 matters specifically here: it is the international management standard written for private security operations, and it covers exactly the areas a mission's due diligence probes — use of force, human rights, personnel screening, training, incident management and accountability. Our SMETA SEDEX audit covers labour practices, health and safety, environment and business ethics, which is increasingly a condition rather than a differentiator for donor-linked and government buyers.

We are also used to the paperwork rhythm of mission work: documented post orders per position, named and vetted personnel lists, verification records, shift handover logs, monthly incident and activity reporting, and a defined process for replacing a guard the mission is not satisfied with. If your procurement pack has a compliance annex, we would rather work through it at the first meeting than discover it at contract stage.

Discretion Is Part Of The Specification

Diplomatic security work is judged as much on what does not happen as on what does. Personnel assigned to mission contracts are briefed that they are operating in a representational environment — visitors, local staff, contractors and members of the public are dealt with courteously and correctly, because a badly handled interaction at a gate becomes a diplomatic problem, not a security incident.

The same applies to information. Movement schedules, residence addresses, staffing patterns and principal routines are treated as controlled information within our own organization, not shared across the wider guard force, and personnel on mission contracts are screened and briefed accordingly. We do not publicise mission clients, and the government clients named on this page are named because they already appear in our published client roster.

What A Contract Covers

Delivered Under One Contract

Each element below is run by the same organization, under one agreement and one supervisory chain — so nothing falls into the gap between separate suppliers.

Mission Premises & Compound Security

Static posts at chancery, annexe and residence locations, perimeter observation, vehicle and pedestrian access control, visitor screening and pass management, and documented post orders for every position on the contract.

Security Guards & Premises

Close Protection For Diplomatic Personnel

Protection details for heads of mission, diplomatic staff, families and visiting officials — drawn from retired military and police backgrounds, with threat assessment, advance venue and route work, and armed cover where lawfully authorized.

Executive Protection

Armored Vehicles & Escorted Movement

B6+ armored Land Cruisers, Hilux Revos and armored sedans for discreet mission use, each with a vetted protective driver. Movements are planned rather than improvised, with route selection, timing and escort coordination handled as one task.

Armored Vehicles

24/7 Coordination & Quick Reaction Force

A round-the-clock operations point of contact plus QRF cover behind the static posts — responding to alarm activations, guard duress calls and compound incidents to a procedure agreed with the mission in advance.

Rapid Response & Patrols

National Days, Receptions & Delegations

Event security for national day receptions, cultural events, conferences and visiting delegations — guest access control, screening at entry, crowd and parking management, and close protection for senior guests.

Event Security

Security Surveys & Advisory

Physical security surveys of mission premises and residences with prioritized, risk-rated recommendations — conducted by officers with real operational backgrounds, in a format that stands up to headquarters review.

Security Audit & Consultancy

Technical Security Systems

CCTV, access control, intrusion and alarm systems, walk-through gates, hand-held scanners and under-vehicle inspection equipment — specified, installed and supported so the systems and the guard force actually work together.

Technical Security

Full-Time Dedicated Deployments

Long-term contracts with a named, dedicated team, a permanent site supervisor and continuity of personnel — so the mission is not re-briefing new faces every month.
